Job Title: Field Service Representative 2 - San Leandro

At Solventum, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Representative 2 to join our team in San Leandro. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical device equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate order management using company-issued computers and electronic equipment.
  • Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, by providing superior customer service and customer-centric solutions.
  • Execute daily responsibilities, including preparation of medical equipment for patient use, disinfection, quality control testing, and transportation of equipment to and from customer locations.
  • Assist with process training of other staff and customers when applicable.
  • Primary ownership of a core service center process, such as inventory management, including tracking, reconciliation, and order management of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications.
  • California Designated Representative and/or Home Medical Device Retail (HMDR Exemptee) license preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as, demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
