Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the comprehensive technical engagement between AWS and our clients, providing insights on security, cost optimization, performance enhancement, reliability, and operational effectiveness to expedite their critical projects.

Customer Advocacy
Internally, you will represent the voice of the customer, articulating their requirements to influence the development of AWS features and services.

Innovative Solutions
In this capacity, your ingenuity will connect technology with practical solutions, allowing you to define or create cloud-native reference architectures tailored to diverse use cases.

Knowledge Sharing
You will engage in the development and dissemination of best practices, technical documentation, and new reference architectures (such as white papers, code samples, and blog posts) while educating stakeholders about AWS technologies and industry trends through various platforms including workshops, user groups, and conferences.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions for clients, driving AWS adoption and revenue growth.
  • Educate clients of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS services.
  • Establish credibility and build strong relationships with senior technical personnel within client organizations to empower them as cloud advocates.
  • Lead in-depth architectural discussions to instill confidence and ensure client success in building new applications and migrating existing services to the AWS platform.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to share knowledge with clients considering or currently utilizing AWS.
  • Capture and disseminate best practice insights within the AWS Solutions Architect community.
  • Contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, including white papers and tutorials.
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients, service engineering, and support teams.

A Day in the Life
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with enterprise account teams to assist large clients in accelerating their cloud implementations and modernizing their operations on AWS. By working closely with these clients, you will help them transform existing workloads by designing modern architectures optimized for agility, innovation, performance, resilience, security, and cost-effectiveness, utilizing both native and partner solutions.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT development or consulting within the software or internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
