IRM Solutions Architect (ServiceNow)

About the Role

As a seasoned ServiceNow IRM Solutions Architect, you will spearhead, strategize, and execute ServiceNow GRC initiatives. You will act as the primary technical expert contributing to the configuration, development, support, and upkeep of the ServiceNow IRM deployment. Your expertise in ServiceNow IRM module development principles will empower team leads and stakeholders to craft enterprise business solutions for our clients, leveraging industry methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage GRC/IRM technical expertise to guide developers while also engaging hands-on in delivering solutions across the platform.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to identify critical risks, design frameworks for managing them, and implement GRC technology solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management programs.
  • Assist in project scoping and proposal development, steering the implementation and advising on viable technical solution options throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and present workshop materials, execute elements of solution implementation, and ensure the completion of key project deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation of new practice solutions and offerings.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of our capabilities.
  • Lead efforts in requirements gathering and the development/documentation of process workflows.
  • Design ServiceNow solutions and manage the transition of developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies.
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by collaborating closely with the team lead.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned or directed.

Additional Responsibilities:

Demonstrate experience in creating workflows within ServiceNow.

Possess knowledge of Risk and Compliance Management Modules within ServiceNow.

Maintain a proficient understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its products through webinars, case studies, training, and other available resources.

Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants regarding technical design standards and the implementation of best practices.

Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Delivery Services processes while considering customer needs and requirements.

Exhibit comfort in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to rapidly changing business drivers.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong technical background in GRC/IRM.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Financial Services, with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Implementation Specialist Certification.
