Position Overview

The Lead AI Solutions Architect will assume a vital leadership position in defining the trajectory of our technological framework, emphasizing the strategic amalgamation of enterprise applications with cutting-edge AI and machine learning functionalities. This role is essential in advancing our commitment to harnessing technology for operational efficiency, improved customer engagement, and pioneering service innovations. Collaborating closely with IT, data analytics, product development teams, and business executives, the Lead AI Solutions Architect will ensure that our technological initiatives are in sync with and enhance our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the architectural conception, development, and enhancement of scalable enterprise applications that integrate AI and machine learning technologies to address intricate business challenges.
  • Advocate for the incorporation of AI and machine learning capabilities into both existing and forthcoming enterprise applications, augmenting their functionality and business impact.
  • Lead the assessment and integration of emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices in software engineering, AI, and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that technological solutions are effectively aligned with business strategies and yield measurable results.
  • Drive the establishment of a comprehensive technology framework that supports scalable, secure, and efficient operations throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and support engineering teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, excellence, and ongoing learning.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their challenges and objectives, translating these into technology-driven opportunities and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline, with substantial experience in developing enterprise applications.
  • Extensive experience in leading the design and execution of complex enterprise applications, with a proven history of integrating AI and machine learning technologies to enhance business value.
  • In-depth knowledge of and expertise in contemporary software development practices, architectural frameworks, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies pertinent to AI and machine learning development, such as Python, Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch, among others.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing engineering teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, adept at navigating complex business and technological landscapes.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector is highly advantageous, including an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities where technology can significantly impact.
