Generative AI Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Solutions Architect with a robust background in both Data Science and Software Engineering. This role is pivotal in steering the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and guiding a dedicated team of Generative AI Machine Learning Engineers in creating a multi-agent framework. Your primary focus will be on developing Generative AI solutions that enhance technological capabilities, including Technology Assistants and Data Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including User Teams, Data Scientists, Core Development Teams, and Partner Developers, to gather requirements and lead the design and testing of AI Agents.
  • Architect and develop engineering solutions and generative AI applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
  • Assist in creating product roadmaps and defining product specifications.
  • Design and implement large-scale frameworks, such as Knowledge Graphs.
  • Write clean, high-performance, and maintainable code.
  • Develop large-scale clustering and topic management systems.
  • Utilize prompt engineering techniques to optimize and enhance large language models for specific applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI application development and contribute to research and development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on designing and implementing ML/AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technology startup or AI software product environment, leading product development and adoption.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python, along with expertise in ML platforms and large language models.
  • Experience in building graph-based systems.
  • Proven track record in architecting and leading the development of large-scale Generative AI systems or platforms.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), code reviews, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with large language models and prompt engineering techniques is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and frameworks.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and research in the field.
