Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a dynamic team proficient in enterprise software, big data analytics, data engineering, and data science.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to effectively close revenue opportunities while mentoring new sales and pre-sales team members to foster teamwork.
- Enhance team effectiveness by providing guidance and expertise in communicating complex, value-driven solutions.
- Support intricate sales cycles and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises.
Impact of Your Role:
- Recruit, train, and nurture a team of Solutions Architects within a rapidly growing organization.
- Achieve your region's sales targets by ensuring your team can qualify accounts from a technical standpoint, identify critical use cases, develop proof of concepts, and establish themselves as trusted advisors throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the data domain with a technical product, such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading technical teams, preferably in a pre-sales environment, with a track record of building territories, upselling strategic accounts, and surpassing annual quotas.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to technical executives, guiding them in strategic data infrastructure decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Healthcare & Life Science sector is advantageous.
