Position Overview

We are looking for committed and empathetic Clinical Pharmacy Support Specialists to become part of our remote Clinical Call Center team. In this pivotal role, you will assist patients in managing their health conditions, including Diabetes, Obesity, Respiratory Illnesses, and Chronic Kidney Disease, by providing essential support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to patients enrolled in adherence programs, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction while promoting program success.
  • Identify clinical needs and escalate complex cases to Pharmacists for further assistance.
  • Utilize CVS Health procedures to manage patient prescription requests while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, outcomes, and program progress using various software tools.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for program enhancements and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and participate in team meetings to stay updated on processes and technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in specific states due to regulatory compliance.
  • Possess an active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in retail healthcare or a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong customer service background with at least one year of consistent experience.
  • Reliable internet connection is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center setting.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Flexible work schedule is advantageous.

Education

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
