At Trella Health, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support our financial operations.

Your Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Finance & Accounting department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of business and financial data to assess the company's financial health.
  • Preparing the annual budget and updating forecasts by gathering, analyzing, and consolidating financial information.
  • Developing a dynamic three-year financial model to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and notifying stakeholders of any significant deviations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for the Board of Directors.
  • Creating processes to evaluate product profitability and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Supporting special projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
This position may be a great fit for you if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a financial analyst, ideally in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Maxio (SaasOptics) is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset, capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
