Position Overview:
JLL is looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst to become a part of our Markets Finance team. We are in search of an enthusiastic candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

This role involves executing a range of professional accounting responsibilities that include preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling moderately complex financial transactions, records, and reports. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of financial ledgers and systems, assist in budget preparation, support annual audits, and facilitate year-end closing processes, while also providing assistance to assigned clients or groups.


Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and precise revenue recognition in accordance with contractual obligations and compliance standards.
- Generate monthly revenue reports for local leadership, detailing individual and group performance against targets, along with analysis of any deficits.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations promptly and accurately.

- Aid in the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis, which may involve supporting revenue schedules, labor reports, and expense evaluations.

- Contribute to the development of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts for the client group.
- Review expense reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate policies.
- Meet accounts receivable objectives and metrics, overseeing maintenance and investigation of overdue accounts.
- Assist with audit documentation for quarterly reviews and monthly contracts that align with scope requirements.
- Maintain an accurate work-in-progress pipeline by gathering transaction details and ensuring precise updates or entries of relevant information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (including charts, pivot tables, and lookups).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Work Environment:
Hybrid Schedule.
