The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting historical financial data, as well as preparing financial forecasts and outcomes. This position involves providing consulting services to support business development initiatives, economic assessments, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operating expense planning, forecasting, and monthly closing processes for the pharmacy sector. Identify intricate financial challenges, conduct research for solutions, and implement corrective measures to enhance operational efficiency. Provide management with insights on various financial models and strategic recommendations. Prepare budget reports and analyze business cost drivers. Serve as a resource for colleagues and external departments. Mentor and review the work of fellow Financial Analysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

A BA/BS degree in accounting or finance, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, finance, or budgeting and planning; or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

An MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
