Job Overview

The Business Development Representative role at Disability Solutions is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. Compensation Package
$57,000 - $65,000 base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for growing revenue in assigned markets by securing new clients through cold calling, cross-selling, pursuing referrals, and analyzing market data. This individual will also focus on increasing share-of-wallet revenue within existing accounts, foster strong client relationships based on MultiPro's value propositions, trust, and respect, and collaborate with internal departments to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growing revenue in assigned markets by both securing new clients via cold calling, cross selling with other Valet Living entities, pursuing referrals, and analyzing available market data.
  • Actively engaging with clients to evaluate the communities' needs for repair and maintenance work.
  • Fostering strong client relationships based on MultiPro's value propositions, trust, and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure we are exceeding the customers' expectations.
  • Managing and resolving any client issues or complaints.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent required; AA degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of strong successful experience in a transactional B2B environment selling services preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • CRM pipeline management experience.
