Xplor Technologies, a global leader in cloud-based payments and software solutions, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in The Woodlands, TX.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to join our Outside Sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in the Southeast region, promoting our payment processing services and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our internal teams to onboard new customers and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage your sales pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce
  • Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry and our products
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industries
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Possess a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Commissions on sales performance, with opportunities to earn up to $100,000+ per year
