Job Summary: The Sales and Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and qualifying opportunities to determine appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Built and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Qualify opportunities, determine appropriate solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and partnership developments using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in Inside or Outside Sales, preferably in the Merchant Industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
