Area Office Administrator

Young Life is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Area Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our field ministry area office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the area office, including answering correspondence, filing, and preparing mailings.
- Manage the area office's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Process and track donations, maintain donor and leader databases, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate area meetings, including area staff meetings, area leadership meetings, and area committee meetings.
- Provide training to area office staff, area directors, and volunteer team leaders on various administrative tasks and processes.
- High school education or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle concurrent tasks and interruptions.
- Good grammar skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The Area Office Administrator will work in an office environment, with occasional travel to area meetings and events.
