Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social services programs that cater to the unique needs of adult and geriatric residents, taking into account their physical, cognitive, and socialization factors.
- Assess and evaluate the needs of prospective residents to determine their suitability for our facility, and provide guidance on admission procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address the therapeutic, neurological, and dementia needs of our residents.
