Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software applications, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones and manage incoming communications
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks and record-keeping
- Operate and maintain our CRM and real estate-specific online programs
- Confirm appointments and maintain a detailed calendar
- Execute daily real estate tasks as assigned
- Create a monthly newsletter using Canva
- Conduct property marketing initiatives
- Manage and update company social media accounts
- Perform general administrative duties
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM systems, and real estate software
- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with social media management
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Real estate industry experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Systems-oriented approach to tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
