Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate company, RE/MAX Centre REALTORS. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software applications, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming communications and answer phones
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks and record-keeping
  • Operate and maintain our CRM and real estate-specific online programs
  • Confirm appointments and maintain a detailed calendar
  • Execute daily real estate tasks as assigned
  • Create a monthly newsletter using Canva
  • Conduct property marketing initiatives
  • Manage and update company social media accounts
  • Perform general administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, CRM systems, and real estate software
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with social media management
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Real estate industry experience preferred but not required
