**Position Overview: Financial Analyst**

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to contribute to our Structural Heart division. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to improve health outcomes through advanced medical device solutions. You will play a crucial role in the monthly consolidation and reporting of financial results, manage budget cycles, and conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, and analyze various aspects of the operations P&L, including gross margin and capital.
  • Engage in ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by finance leadership.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to consolidate month-end analyses related to inventory financials.
  • Execute annual objectives as outlined by the Finance department.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting, presentations, and financial analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling, preferably in a manufacturing context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with financial system applications is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively across various organizational levels.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Advanced degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Previous exposure to a complex, matrixed business environment.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as Hyperion Essbase, Dodeca, or SAP.
