The Financial Analyst position plays a crucial role in supporting our expansion by delivering precise and timely financial reporting for our operational divisions.

This position collaborates closely with our corporate FP&A leadership to uncover trends and metrics that facilitate strategic decision-making, ultimately aiding in the achievement of our long-term financial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist Roers General Contracting and Roers Residential by preparing and reviewing monthly financial packages and executive reports.
- Develop a regional reporting framework to enhance support for our operational divisions.
- Collaborate with senior management to budget and forecast performance, focusing on risk assessment and profitability.
- Contribute to the long-term planning initiatives.
- Identify essential performance indicators for the organization.
- Utilize Power BI and other data visualization tools effectively.
- Provide additional business analysis as required.
- Assist the SVP of Finance with strategic ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- Two to five years of experience in a financial analyst capacity or a comparable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the multifamily housing sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals within and outside the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and handling a demanding workload.
