About the Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized assistance to guests, handling registrations, checkouts, and billing with ease and efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Handle guest registrations, checkouts, and billing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Meet and exceed guest satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations.
