Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage guest registrations, checkouts, and billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell guests into rooms that fit their needs, promoting hotel services and amenities.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
  • Ability to work flexible scheduled shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
