Job Description

This is a full-time position in our Pittsburgh office, working Monday to Friday with up to 25% travel required. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through warm calling and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 plus unlimited commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes disability insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work-from-home options.
