Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global. The successful candidate will provide general personnel administrative and technical support to the Global Mobility Human Resources (HR) team, both in Houston and Bartlesville.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general support to the Global Mobility team on various personnel-related activities, including updating data, preparing reports, and analysis of data.
  • Support the Global Mobility team with personnel activities associated with cross-border and domestic relocations.
  • Coordinate benefits and onboarding activities for payroll transferees.
  • Process various HR-related system actions via SAP (Org Management and Personnel Action).
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development on various HR activities.
  • Participate in special projects, such as development series, testing new HR technology, etc.
  • Use various IT-based systems, including MS Office, Workforce Planning & Metrics (WP&M), SpotFire, Staffing Express, Career Express, Oracle Data Warehouse, SharePoint, Cross-Application Timesheet (CATS), etc.
  • Run various reports from SAP, including work schedules, headcounts, overtime, and monthly downloads.
  • Handle and audit annual data reviews and audits of the data.
  • Serve as Document Records Coordinator.
  • Prepare Affirmative Action Plans.
  • Partner with recruiters and Pre-employment Due Diligence (PEDD) associates on obtaining new hire/intern information and clearance.
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support as required, including booking meeting rooms, organizing catering, etc.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role and/or another administrative role with transferrable skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to uphold the highest confidentiality standards in working with sensitive personnel information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline or foreign equivalent.
  • Proficient with SAP.
  • Proficient with Workday.
  • Proficient with SpotFire and Power BI.
  • Proficient with Data Warehouse.
Working Conditions

This is a hybrid schedule position, working from home on Wednesday and Friday. The 9/80 schedule applies, and the duration of the contract is 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
