Marketing Supervisor Job Description

The Marketing Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Defined Fitness by overseeing all lead generating initiatives. This includes developing and executing strategies that bring to life the unique brand attributes, engaging target audiences across multi-media communication channels, and creating innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lead generating strategies to drive business growth
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Manage the creation and distribution of branded content across all digital platforms
  • Track and analyze the success of online marketing efforts, providing regular reporting and insights
  • Supervise the Digital Content Specialist and oversee the development and execution of the social media strategy
  • Manage the company App, including updating content, development of promotions, and tracking of leads and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a unique brand position and manage brand standards for the corporate brand
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging media, design standards, and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • College degree in graphic design or 1-5 years graphic design experience
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience with and understanding of market research and analysis
  • Excellent design skills and conceptual ability
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas
  • Ability to work well with teams in multiple interdisciplinary departments
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
