Job Title: Clinical Operations Director

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Director to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our market-focused model, you will provide consulting support to nursing centers in the market, driving clinical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Genesis clinical outcome and capability standards while on-site
  • Provide direct guidance and relief to Directors of Nursing and nursing center teams
  • Enhance and innovate nursing center-level clinical outcomes and capabilities
  • Identify needs of market nursing centers and develop QAPI plans to exceed clinical outcome goals
  • Integrate with market level support team members to position care outcomes consistent with industry standards
  • Encourage and pursue interaction with center and market leaders to deploy clinical support efforts
  • Engage in multi-directional communications to support clinical objectives and priorities
  • Strategically partner with Directors of Nursing to assist nursing center level leadership teams
  • Identify clinical innovation and education opportunities and support nursing centers with execution
  • Provide on-site support as necessary before, during, and after survey
Requirements:
  • RN, Bachelor's Degree required
  • Licensed in all states within the market
  • Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long term care facility preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of long term care required
