Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Director and/or Manager of Sales and Marketing in all aspects of the community sales and marketing program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director and/or Manager of Sales and Marketing, including typing, editing, and producing various documents.
  • Community Tours: Assist in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families, promoting the community in a positive manner and communicating the company's values.
  • Data Entry: Enter and assign new leads in the marketing database system.
  • Event Planning: Assist in event planning, coordination, and set-up, including representing the community at marketing and community events.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach and complete all required paperwork as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: None
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Standing, walking, sitting, occasional weekend, evening, or night work, use of hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasional travel.
