Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive client growth and success
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal department heads and specialists to maximize client growth opportunities
  • Apply UX strategies to optimize client websites
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a creative and results-driven environment
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and other 3rd parties as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
