Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in dealing directly with customers.
  • 4 years of customer service experience with 2 years of sales experience.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and twist.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
