Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to resolution.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and sales tools.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the car rental industry and its trends, competitors, and customer needs.
