Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to resolution.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including our rental options, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with our operations team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Experience in dealing directly with customers, including handling inquiries, disputes, and adjustments.
- 4 years of customer service experience, with 2 years of sales experience preferred.
The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading. The ability to meet the physical demands of this role is essential for success in this position.
