Highgate Hotels is seeking a skilled Event Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and sustaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Coordinate and service client functions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage event logistics, including meeting room setups and sleeping room configurations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
  • Proficiency in Windows, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
