Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate and service client functions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage event logistics, including meeting room setups and sleeping room configurations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- Proficiency in Windows, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
