Human Resources Operations Team Lead

Oxy, an international energy company with operations primarily in the United States, the Middle East, and North Africa, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of HR & Employee Support Center Supervisor within its HR & Employee Support group based in Houston, TX.
Job OverviewThis role reports to the HR & Employee Support Team Manager and involves supervising the HR & Employee Support Center Operations Team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled or escalated accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the HR & Employee Support Center Operations Team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled or escalated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve escalated HR issues, working closely with the HR & Employee Support Team Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all documented HR policies and procedures within the HR Service Delivery Catalog for the Support Center.
- Monitor the operations of the HR technology systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee data.
- Maintain policies and procedures for team and assist in implementing controls related to HR transactions and inquiries.
- Supervise Support team to ensure adherence to HR procedures and controls.
- Facilitate and support employees and managers in understanding HR procedures related to the Support Center.
- Assist in facilitating trainings for HR as needed
- Monitor team's workflow and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Develop training on new or enhanced operation procedures related to HR transactions and inquiries.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other human resources groups within Oxy.
- Oversee the team's workflow, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$105,000, depending on experience. Oxy offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
