Overview

As a leader in the security industry, Allied Universal seeks a highly skilled Field Supervisor to oversee operations for remotely managed accounts. As a Field Supervisor, you will work closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Monitoring performance and addressing daily operations issues at assigned post locations
  • Conducting on-the-job training for new employees, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations and client needs
  • Responding to call-offs, identifying replacements, and assisting with scheduling
  • Identifying and addressing personnel problems, including payroll issues and employee relations complaints
  • Communicating information to posts as directed by the Branch or Corporate office, including distributing documents and obtaining signed acknowledgements
  • Responding to client or site emergencies, ensuring appropriate communication with Operations and Branch Managers
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
  • A minimum of three years of professional protective service experience, with a strong background in security, law enforcement, or military
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write effective reports and use good independent judgment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing assignments and manage deadlines effectively
