As a Field Supervisor, you will work closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for
- Monitoring performance and addressing daily operations issues at assigned post locations
- Conducting on-the-job training for new employees, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergency situations and client needs
- Responding to call-offs, identifying replacements, and assisting with scheduling
- Identifying and addressing personnel problems, including payroll issues and employee relations complaints
- Communicating information to posts as directed by the Branch or Corporate office, including distributing documents and obtaining signed acknowledgements
- Responding to client or site emergencies, ensuring appropriate communication with Operations and Branch Managers
To be successful in this role, you will require
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
- A minimum of three years of professional protective service experience, with a strong background in security, law enforcement, or military
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write effective reports and use good independent judgment
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing assignments and manage deadlines effectively
