As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support this mission through vital engagement and relationship management with our working healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all aspects of HR operations for our HCPs in the US, enhancing their experience and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Deliverables:
  • Deliver a differentiated HCP experience as the primary point of contact while HCP is deployed and working in the USA through proactive engagement
  • Manage the HCP's expectations throughout the working part of their journey as it pertains to placement, start dates, remediation, and contract finish
  • Ensure that HCPs are compliant with all Conexus, client, Joint Commission, and regulatory credentialing and licensing requirements
  • Performance activity and KPIs to measure success in the HCP experience including retention, growth, breach prevention, connects, assessment, and compliance
  • Effectively manage a cohort of deployed HCPs, including time and attendance, performance management, incident reporting, clinical issues, and performance reviews
  • Build and maintain communities of Conexus HCPs
  • Collaborate closely with the client experience team and other internal support units to ensure a seamless experience for the HCP and client, management of issues that arise, and assessment and minimization of business risk
  • Work with subject matter teams to resolve HCP queries and questions in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • At least five years' related experience required
  • Previous experience of working with medical and healthcare professionals in a HR role
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Team management of junior HR professionals
  • Culturally aware and understanding of diverse communities
  • Can provide guidance on policy and legislation
  • Can analyze trends and metrics within the HR department
  • Can resolve complex employee relation issues, grievances and performance issues
  • Have an understanding of regulatory credentialing and licensing requirements

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus and benefits package, based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in the office.
