About This Role

As a Human Resources Specialist with the U.S. Army, you will play a crucial role in supporting the careers of your fellow Soldiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Soldiers in their career progression and provide information on promotions and training opportunities.
  • Ensure necessary support is provided to commanders across all branches.
  • Prepare and oversee official documentation, such as ID cards and tags.
  • Learn computer programs that keep personnel data up-to-date.
Requirements
  • A U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card.
  • Between 17 to 34 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Meet Tattoo Guidelines.
  • No Major Law Violations.
  • No Medical Concerns.
Certifications and Training
  • 13 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available.
  • 10 weeks of Basic Training.
  • 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.
  • 107 ASVAB Score: General Technical (GT).
  • 90 ASVAB Score: Clerical (CL).
