Job Description

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for assisting our partners (electrical contractors, system integrators) in project design and execution through phone, video, and email support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new Loxone partners to ensure they're comfortable with our products
  • Regularly connect with partners to build a trusting relationship with the Loxone brand
  • Assist partners in project design and execution through phone, video, and email support
  • Plan and design showrooms with our best partners
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant technical field
  • Technology and sales enthusiasm
  • Strong communication skills
  • Electrical, network, or programming skills
  • Strong desire to learn
