Technical Support Lead

Our client, a leading power distributor, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join their team in Audubon, PA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation for the GATS system, including database design, UI design, and interface design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the GATS system
  • Supervise the development of new interfaces or enhancements to existing interfaces
  • Direct the work of GATS developers on UI enhancements and bug fixes
  • Ensure thorough testing of enhancements and bug fixes in the GATS System
  • Provide technical support for users of the GATS application and interfaces

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience as a.Net developer in a technical organization writing software applications
  • Working knowledge and experience in C#, NET framework code, projects, and MVC, SOAP, SQL Server, and MS Office
