Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Twenty Bridge Staffing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain computer-based applications to support business needs.
  • Test, debug, document, and maintain programs to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work with internal and external customers to determine IS needs and provide desired results.
  • Coordinate meetings with customers and present ideas in a clear and concise fashion.
  • Coordinate multiple projects of varying size and scope simultaneously.
  • Create detailed project outlines and application design document specifications.
  • Design applications to meet customer needs and formulate and define scope (requirements) and objectives based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
  • Work with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
  • Gather and analyze information and provide recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
  • Evaluate and research business problems and their relationship to technology.
  • Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of project or development proposals, including problem definition, evaluation of alternatives, cost/benefit analysis, action plans, and documentation (reports, models, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers at a high level.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings with customers and present ideas in a clear and concise fashion.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects of varying size and scope simultaneously.
  • Must be able to design applications to meet customer needs.
