**Job Summary**

Oxford Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to architectural firms, troubleshooting computer, network, and CAD issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting computer, network, and CAD issues
* Work on servers, firewalls, switches, Office 365, Exchange, PC's, Mac's, printers, and other IT-related systems and software
* Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of IT support experience
* MSP support experience highly preferred
* Knowledge of RMM and CRM software a plus
* CAD support experience a plus
* Great troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
