Job Title: Order Processing Administrator

Greenfield Global is seeking an experienced Order Processing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Service inbox, initiating new sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Service inbox and initiate new sales orders
  • Filing and documenting customer regulatory documents and change forms
  • Forward inquiries related to orders or accounts to the appropriate person or department
  • Gatekeeper for BOL process
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking capabilities
  • Solid organizational abilities
  • Active listening and great customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Technical competency using phone systems, copiers, printers, and computer software
