Order Processing Specialist

Greenfield Global is seeking an experienced Order Processing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Service inbox, initiating new sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Customer Service inbox and initiate new sales orders
- Filing and documenting customer regulatory documents and change forms
- Forward inquiries related to orders or accounts to the appropriate person or department
- Gatekeeper for BOL process
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Solid organizational abilities
- Active listening and great customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Technical competency using phone systems, copiers, printers, and computer software
