About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Administrator to join our team at Greenfield Global. As an Order Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Service inbox, initiating new sales orders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Service inbox and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Initiate new sales orders and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • File and document customer regulatory documents and change forms
  • Forward inquiries related to orders or accounts to the appropriate person or department
  • Gatekeeper for BOL process and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of chemical industry and customer service principles
