Job Title: Enrollment and Registration Coordinator

Liberty Classical Schools is seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment and Registration Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and support to families regarding the application, lottery, and subsequent enrollment and registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the educational opportunity throughout the attendance zone.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment-related questions from prospective families, providing knowledge of lottery, enrollment, and registration policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate lottery, waitlist, seat management, and student re-enrollment processes.
  • Manage registration for all new students and maintain accurate physical and computerized records.
  • Oversee the withdrawal process and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working in a customer service capacity and/or in a charter school environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work and travel within the school attendance zone (Fayette County) is essential.
