Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Providing ongoing professional development services to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
Conducting comprehensive new employee orientation and ensuring competency completion.
Delivering annual mandatory and continuous education to staff, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies.
Teaching in-house courses, such as the CNA training program and special care unit training.
Coordinating the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physical exams.
Monitoring and ensuring current licensure and certifications of facility staff.
