We are looking for dedicated team members to help drive the evolution of our technical landscape.

We are in search of a highly qualified Senior Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in overseeing both application and infrastructure projects, as well as system integrations, to join our vibrant IT team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing multiple IT projects aimed at integrating diverse software systems, platforms, and technologies to improve operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive project plans for application initiatives, including upgrades, integrations, and implementations, detailing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead the execution of these plans, ensuring projects meet their milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement project solutions that align with business needs and IT standards.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of application technologies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial requirements.
  • Gather and prioritize system and application requirements from stakeholders to inform integration strategies.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to secure necessary technologies and services for system integration projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and address any arising issues.
  • Ensure compliance of all applications and system integrations with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to identify and resolve integration issues pre- and post-deployment.
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of integrated systems.
  • Monitor the performance of integrated systems to identify areas for improvement and stay updated on emerging technologies and integration best practices to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, particularly in application upgrades, deployments, implementations, and system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge (not hands-on) of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL tools), platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, Workday), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
