Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert guidance and insights on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to internal stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Conduct diagnostic scans and calibrations while connecting remotely to vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the designated database.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and software development teams to enhance products and services.
- Strive for first-contact resolution of customer inquiries.
- Provide training and basic technical assistance to customers and team members as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- This role is classified as non-exempt and does not involve supervisory duties.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Experience or education in Automotive Repair is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is important.
- A commitment to teamwork and a positive workplace culture is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OE/Dealer level diagnostics and programming is advantageous.
- Familiarity with pre/post scanning of vehicles; experience with ADAS/OEM Scan tools is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an automotive technician is desirable.
- ASE L1 certification is a plus (along with other relevant certifications).
- Knowledge of the CCC One platform is beneficial.
- Experience in collision automotive repair is a plus.
- Bilingual capabilities in Spanish are an advantage.
