Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal performance of the home location and designated territory, focusing on key operational metrics.
  • Oversee staffing levels across various departments and locations, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes as needed.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer service challenges while identifying and addressing systemic improvement opportunities.
  • Champion the introduction and implementation of new products, services, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Anticipate spending approximately 80% of your time at the home location and 20% addressing responsibilities in the assigned territory.

  • Experience in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably in spa or sales management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
