Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional to join our team as a Field Supervisor. As a key member of our Service Experts team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Field Technicians: Supervise and direct a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach technicians on technical skills, company processes, and safety procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as material requisition forms, vehicle inspections, and other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus 10+ years of experience in HVAC, with a strong background in leadership and technical skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid licenses and certifications as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as related accessories.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to train others, and excellent communication skills.
