Opportunity for Growth

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Leader to join our team at Hoppin Johns Inc in Downtown Wilmington. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and promotions.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor research
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and products
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
