About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Assistant to join our team in Stamford, CT. The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering health questionnaires to patients, updating patient information in Epic (EMR system), and managing in-basket messages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer health questionnaires to patients, gathering essential information for their care;
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information is maintained in Epic (EMR system);
  • Manage in-basket messages, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient patient flow;
  • Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate test schedules and treatments;
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program;
  • Professional Medical Assistant Certification obtained through one of the following agencies;
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with familiarity working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR);
  • CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually;
