We are seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team at the Walk-In Center in Stamford. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, provide mentorship, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and support to non-nursing personnel, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Connecticut.
- Maintains a minimum of 6 contact hours annually, staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
